New relay testing platform

摘要

The authors proposed and implemented a totally new solution forntest and evaluation of relay performance. The newly developed testingnplatform can produce 8-channel synchronous high frequency transientnvoltage and current output to drive a protective relay and faultnlocator. It can also receive 8-channel response for recording andnmeasuring operating performance and operating parameters of the relay
