The LED(Light Emitting Diode)Industry and the LCD(Liquid crystal display)industry have became the famous industry in the recent years. Because of the highest manpower needing and density, the research about the Visual inspection Tasks' ergonomic hazards evolution is important to the job improvement. The aim of the study is to design a simulate experiment to imitate the work. In the experiment, critical flicker fusion was used to measure two kinds of chairs' vision fatigue. The result indicates that the subjects' vision fatigue level has been increased in the group which use the chair without reclines(P=0.019). Cervical vertebra bending degree, microscope illumination, sitting height, eyes height, and interval distance between table and thigh would influence vision fatigue level.
