Micromorphology analysis by SEM is performed on the film of triphenyl phosphite formed onrnA3 steel. The results show that the film is three-dimensional. It is confirmed by XPS and IR techniquernthat complex compound is formed between triphenyl phosphite and ferro-ferric ions. Based on the results,rna possible structure of the complex compound is proposed.
