Power Supplies from Laboratory to Poilot to Process

摘要

The conversion of Alternating Current into Direct Current is an integral part of all Electrochemical processes used in industry. These power conversion systems, known as rectifiers, have taken advantage of the new semiconductor devices as they become available resulting in different methods of providing the conversion process. This paper will look at the power conversion technology we use in the rectifier systems as we progress from the Lab to Pilot Plants to Final Process and discuss some of the key features when we size up or prorate systems.
