Development and Utilization of the Network Environment and Information Resources of China

摘要

The develoopment nd utilization of the information resources under the network environment is the most important task and a key of network construction. Information resources are the material basis of network construction and without information, network is just an empty road. The author offers her own suggestions in 5 aspects on how to better develop and utilize the information resources to serve the economic construction of the country.
