A STUDY ON THE LOCALIZATION OF DESIGN TECHNOLOGIES FOR LNG STORAGE TANKS

摘要

Recently, the R&D division of Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS) developed the design technologies for the commercial full containment 9% Ni type and the above ground membrane type with the capacity of 140,000 m~3 respectively. To localize the design technologies, a Pilot LNG storage tank with the capacity of 1,000 m~3 needed to be first designed and built.
