USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN CALCULATION AND MAPPING SEISMOTECTINIC DEFORMATIONS IN SEISMICALLY ACTIVE REGIONS

摘要

The developed "Seismotectonic INFO" software product makes it possible to perform fast and efficient calculations of the seismotectonic deformations, to obtain different STD characteristics and to visualize the calculation results with use of the modern techniques and with reference to the topographical basement. The software product may be used for the STD investigations within other seismoactive regions such as the Caucasus, the Baikal rift zone, etc.
