Pesticides are sometime very toxic compounds, some of the substances being powerful inhibitors of enzymes involved function of nervous system. In this experimental study we attempt of explaning the cholinexterase inhibition mecanism, in presence of various concentrations of malathion, at various incubation times. It was experimental pursue the action of this organophosphorus pesticide by Ellman method, to demonslrade the decrease of enzymate activity. It was described the deteeting methods based on enzymatyc sensors. Because of many advantages present: easy mobility, minituarization enzymes.
