摘要

In this paper,a measure model of diversification's synergistic degree is established based on the theory of synergistic effect. And the development of diversification's static and dynamic synergy in Midea,which is a listed Chinese household appliance corporation,is analyzed with the annual financial statement data from 2002 to 2007 by using the method of Principal Component Analysis and Regression Analysis. The result shows that due to the complexity of diversification's synergy in corporation,the degree of synergistic effect between Midea Household Appliance and its diversification business decreases firstly and increases afterwards,which indicates that its development is not always on the track of harmonious development. The paper has provided new thoughts and analytical approach to the problem of analysis and evaluation of the diversification's synergistic effect in diversified corporation.
机译:本文基于协同效应理论,建立了多元化协同程度的测度模型。并运用主成分分析和回归分析的方法,利用2002-2007年年度财务报表数据,对中国家电企业上市公司美的的多元化动静态协同发展进行了分析。结果表明,由于企业多元化协同的复杂性,美的家电与其多元化业务之间的协同效应程度先降低后增加,这说明其发展并不总是处于协调发展的轨道上。本文为多元化公司中多元化协同效应的分析与评价问题提供了新的思路和分析方法。
