Simulation of Bioactive Effectiveness of Buckwheat Sprout Extract by DNA Chip Technology

摘要

Recently,human life span is considerably longer than before because of economic development and people's income increase in Korea．However,adult diseases such as cancer,glycosuria,high blood pressure,obesity etc．are increasing due to the westernized change of food life,short of exercise,and over-intake of nutrients． Accordingly,a number of health food and functional food are being actively researched and developed in these days．Buckwheat is being also used as a raw material of functional food for conlrolling high blood pressure and lipid metabolism．
