By adopting a qualitative research method, through research and data collection and analysis, thispaper studies the features, current status, existing problems and reform and development of Chinese teachingand management of university physical education under club system. Research shows that, currently, prob-lems of lack of venues and equipment, shortage of teaching funds, irrational teaching structure, imperfectteaching and management system, irrational teaching evaluation system and others should be solved. It is rec-ommended that, standardized management, rational teaching structure, multiple funding sources, updating or-ganization of teaching and improving student assessment and evaluation system are the future development ofteaching reform and standardized management.
