纳米医学:纳米探针与纳米药物应用于肿瘤个体化治疗

摘要

Personalized cancer therapy is a cutting-edge area including all aspects of individualized patient management driven by characterization of tumor, microenviroment and host characteristics. we developed a versatile fluorescence signal amplification for cancer cell detection based on cation exchange in aptamer conjugated CdSe nanoclusters.We also reported high-performance and biocompatible drug/gene delivery systems for targeted cancer therapy and engineered cancer vaccine based upon cationic iposomes and self-assembled polypeptide micelles.
