Endophytic fungi inhabit in higher plants tissues and organs in part of their life circle, without cause obvious symptoms of infection. These fungi can stimulate a variety of secondary metabolic processing, promote plant growth, and increase plant resistance to protect plants against environmental stress indirectly. Pathogenic fungi such as Fusarium oxysporum can cause vascular wilt, corm rot, root rot, and damping-ofd' in variety plant hosts were also interact with host plant closely. Whether there is an interaction between pathogenic fungi and endophytic fungi beneficial plant development is worth to study.
