钙钛矿薄膜形貌控制与全印刷工艺钙钛矿模组研究

摘要

Mixed anti-solvents can result in films with ultrasmooth surfaces.The nucleation mediation can be a novel bottom-up approach to fabricate architectural perovskite films.The secondary nucleation is the origin of the porous architecture.Architectures from tri-layer porous film to bilayer dense film are obtained through nucleation mediated interfacial precipitation method with the immiscible anti-solvent.
