Monitoring the sensitivity of hepatoma carcinoma cell(HCC) to the inducers of ferroptosis.Method:The HCC cells Hep3B and LM3 are cultivated in DMEM(10 ％FBS,5 ％CO2,37℃),inducers of ferroptosis,RSL3,the inhibitor of GPX4,and Erastin,the inhibitor of systemX-c are used for 24hs.The count of cells used cell Tilter as manuscript,the invasion and the migration of cells used fluorescence microscope and HE stains.
