FIELD: copper containing slag procession systems. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of treating melt by reducer and sulfidizing agent. In order to lower consumption of reducer and sulfidizing agent slag melt is being treated by mixture of sulfur dioxide and methane at ratio CH₄ : SO₂ = 1 : (3.0-4.7) at mixture flowrate consisting 100-150 cubic meter for slag ton. In variant as reducing and sulfidizing agents products of sulfur dioxide reduction by methane in presence of oxygen are used. EFFECT: enhanced degree of copper extraction. 1 cl
