PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately acquire the characteristics of a measuring object of a specimen by means of microspectrometry.;SOLUTION: In this microspectrometer 20, the relative positions between the specimen 10 and a condenser 22 are changed by a signal processor 40 to evaluate a change in intensity of light, the light arising from one measuring object (optical structure 11) of the specimen 10 in an excited state and condensed by the condenser 22. In addition to the intensity of the light, the change in intensity of the light is evaluated with respect to the change in the relative positions of the specimen 10 and the condenser 22, thereby appropriately acquiring the characteristics of the measuring object.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
