As information and knowledge systems become increasingly complex, technical communication practitioners and theorists continue exploring how technical communicators can contribute their skills and abilities in new and creative ways. George Pullman and Baotong Gu's anthology seeks, in addition to bridging theory and practice, to advance the field of technical communication by offering insights into how technical communicators can contribute meaningfully to the development of content management systems, or CMS.
