在特有的社会文化和国情背景中，中国高等职业教育形成了双轨并行而不互通、政府主导自上而下、学校本位企业缺位的发展模式。这种发展模式推动了中国高职教育的大发展，同时也造成了高职教育与普通高教缺乏互通、与产业界互动不足、院校发展同质化、人文割裂等问题。为此，中国高等职业教育发展应从传统的束缚中挣脱出来，从模式移植走向本土化探索和多元融合的高职教育发展模式，实现教育形态和教育内容的的整体性变革。%In China, the higher vocational education has developed into a pattern with government-oriented and school based, which is exactly the cause of all the problems, such as the lack of communication with general higher education institutes and industries, the phenomenon of schools homogeneity as well as fracture in culture. In the future, China higher vocational education should develop a multi-fusion new pattern framework and realize all-round change.
