高校转型发展：职教与高教的共同战略切入点

摘要

Transformation and development of higher education institutions means the whole transformation of school-running view, school-running orientation, school-running mechanism and school-running measures, means the whole transfer of local higher education from traditional puisuit for academic-oriented to seeking for modern, innovative and application-oriented, which is the material requirement of the reform and development of vocational education as well as higher education. Under the active boosting of government and society, the transformation and development of higher education institutes have achieved great effects, but it also faced with serious challenges. Therefore, it must recognize that, the logic points for the transformation of higher education institutes are the deep integration and harmonious innovation of various factors, and it should try to realize new distribution and planning in system construction.%高校转型发展意味着高校办学理念、办学定位、办学体制、办学举措的整体转变，是地方本科高校从追求传统的、既定的“学术型态”向现代的、创新的“应用型态”的整体位移，是国家战略、经济发展、教育改革等方面倒逼高等教育与职业教育领域深刻变革的客观需要。当前，在政府的积极推动以及各界的积极响应下，高校转型发展工作已经取得一定进展和成效，但仍然面临思想观念和制度建设等方面的严峻挑战，为此必须认识到地方本科高校向应用型技术大学转型的逻辑起点在于各种内外动力因素的“深度融合、协同创新”，并在制度建设上着眼于重新定位、重调结构、重布规划。
