中职生性格优势在应激状态下对心理健康的影响——基于优势潜能视角的现状分析及教育干预对策

         

摘要

中职生的美德与性格优势是影响其学业、社交、发展等方面的重要心理资源.采用中文版性格优势问卷、心理应激事件评定量表、心理症状量表对2 61名在校中职生进行问卷测试.显示独生子女中职生的社交应激得分显著高于非独生子女;中职女生的发展应激得分显著高于男生;生源地为农村和乡镇的中职生发展应激得分显著高于生源地为城市的中职生.中职生的性格优势在心理应激对心理症状的影响中起调节作用,具体表现为:中职生的活力性格优势、节制性格优势在发展应激对心理症状的关系中起调节作用.中职生的性格优势、心理应激与心理症状关系密切,帮助中职生识别并运用自身的性格优势有利于提高其心理健康水平.%The virtue and character strength are important psychological resources to affect the academic performance, social activity and self-development of secondary vocational students. This study launched the questionnaire survey on 261 secondary vocational school students by Chinese version of character strength questionnaire, psychological stress events rating scale and mental symptoms scale. The results showed that the raw score of social activity stress of the one-child secondary vocational students is significantly higher than that of the non-only child; the raw score of development stress of schoolgirls is significantly higher than that of schoolboys; the raw score of development stress of students from the countryside and town is significantly higher than that of students from city. The character strengthen of secondary vocational students can regulate the impact of psychology stress on the psychology symptoms, which embodied in that the vitality and refrainment character strengths play a regulating role in the impact of development stress on psychological symptoms. The character strength, psychological stress and psychological symptoms are closely connected. Thus, to help secondary vocational students to recognize and use their character strengths will improve their psychological health level.
