地方本科院校向应用技术大学转型SWOT分析

摘要

Through analyzing the internal conditions and external environment of local undergraduate colleges and universities, the research found that, on one hand, the nature of higher education itself, the development history and the demands of classification development are the advantage of transformation; on the other hand, in the process of developing, the local undergraduate colleges and universities facing the orientation fuzzy, short of applied faculty, development autonomy limitation and the disadvantage of the funding. In terms of the external environment, the economic transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, industry demand for technology, set up modern vocational and technical education system and foreign mature experience create good opportunities for development transformation.At the same time, in such aspects as evaluation standard, traditional and teachers counter many challenges.%通过综合分析地方本科院校转型发展的内外部条件发现，就内部条件而言，高等教育的本体性质、演进历程和分类发展是当前地方本科院校转型发展的优势，与此同时，地方本科院校在发展中存在的办学定位模糊、应用型师资队伍短缺、发展自主权受限和经费投入有限等劣势则限制其发展。就外部环境而言，经济转型与结构升级，行业对技术的需求，建立现代职教体系和国外的成熟经验为转型发展创造了良好机遇。但在评价标准、传统观念、教师队伍等方面，地方本科院校却面临严峻挑战。
