我国农民教育发展的动力与向度——基于人口学的视角

         

摘要

在人口学意义上,农民教育发展的动力主要包括运作的动力、调节的动力与分配的动力.运作的目的在于创新与传递生产观念与技术,调节的目的是习得新的组织意识与规范,分配的目的在于习得利用便捷手段获取资源的能力.以此为基础,农民教育发展的向度主要包括以新型农民的培养为目标,以实践性课程为支撑,以学习共同体的创建为手段,以丰富的教育资源为保障.%From the perspective of demography, the motivation of peasantry education development includes motivation of work, adjustment and distribution. The goal of work is to innovate and transfer producing concept and technology. The goal of adjustment is to acquire new organizational awareness and specification. The goal of distribution is to obtain ability of acquiring resources by convenient means. Based on that, the dimension on development of peasantry education includes the goal of cultivating new peasants, the support of constructing practical curriculum, the means of constructing learning community, and the guarantee of obtaining rich educational resources.
