民族职业教育:可为、难为与何为

         

摘要

民族职业教育在修复传统与现代、教育与经济、知识与生活、同一与多样、本土与世界、个人与社会之间的矛盾与裂痕方面,表现出许多积极可为之处。但同时,其又面临着目标定位、社会认同、办学体制、发展模式、组织管理、资金投入和发展动力之困境。进一步完善民族职业教育立法,改善民族职业教育的认知环境与制度安排,构建民族职业教育多元的办学主体与发展模式,是应对其所面临的难为之处境、促进其健康、可持续发展的能为之举。%The national vocational education can play many positive roles in the repair of the contradictions between traditionality and modernity, education and economy, knowledge and life, identity and diversity, local and world, individuals and society. But at the same time, it also faces various predicaments in the aspects of target orientation, social identity, school-running system, mode of development, organization and management, fund investment and the motive force of development. To further improve the national vocational education legislation, cognitive environment and institutional arrangement, construct the pluralistic school-running models and development modes for nationality vocational educational, can effectively deal with the difficult situation, and promote its healthy and sustainable development.
