高等职业教育人才培养目的的二元取向及其融合趋向

摘要

高等职业教育人才培养目的呈现“能力本位”与“人本导向”的二元取向。“能力本位”是高等职业教育人才培养实践的主导理念，强调服务社会经济发展和对接劳动力市场需求；“人本导向”则是高等职业教育人才培养的价值取向，倡导高职教育不能只局限于狭隘的“能力教育”，应该实现能力和素质教育的统一。正是基于高等职业教育人才培养需要满足“职业性”与“教育性”的双重目的，职业能力与职业道德二者的融合问题，将成为未来高等职业教育人才培养亟待研究的课题。%Ability-orientation and human-orientation are two basic purposes in higher vocational education. Ability-orientation is the main ideal in talent cultivation of higher vocational education, which is for the development of the society and economics and the demand of labor market. Meanwhile, human-orientation emphasizes on combining ability with quality. It is the inner demand of talent cultivation of higher vocational education. In this context, research on how to combine vocational ability with vocational ethics is becoming more and more important.
