海绵城市背景下的城市雨洪景观安全格局研究

         

摘要

海绵城市的提出为系统性解决城市雨洪问题提供了良好的契机。海绵城市建设需要从宏观格局规划到具体实施层面统一协调,其中宏观层面构建雨洪景观安全格局具有重要的战略性指导意义。本文基于景观安全格局理论,阐述了雨洪景观安全格局构建的内容与方法,即利用ArcGIS软件模拟区域雨洪生态过程,判别对保障区域洪涝安全、控制径流污染、保护雨水资源等具有战略意义的位置和空间关系。最后,以南京市铁北地区为例具体阐述雨洪景观安全格局的构建方法和流程。%The theory of “sponge city” is formed in response to China’s urban water issues. The “sponge city” is built upon multi-scale and multi-level hydro-ecological infrastructure. The research of storm water management landscape security pattern is of instructive signiifcance during the entire construction process. Developed on the theory of ecological security pattern, this paper explicates the content and methodologies of storm water management landscape security pattern. Through the analysis and simulation of hydrological processes using the ArcGIS software, strategic nodes which have critical signiifcance in safeguarding and controlling hydrological processes are identiifed. Finally, this paper, taking Tiebei district of Nanjing as an example, illustrates the methods and procedures of storm water management landscape security pattern.
