摘要

Photonic crystals have a periodic structure composed of two dielectric materials with different refractive indices. Recently, we produced the photonic crystal structures composed of an organic-inorganic material and air. However, the refractive index of the material was not enough high to realize the photonic band gaps. In this study, we investigate photopolymerizable organic-inorganic materials with higher refractive index for the photonic crystals. The two-dimensional photonic crystal is produced from the material using the laser interference technique.
